PromoBuilder Turnaround Guide
- Three full business days for graphics requests. Weekends are not included.
- Two full business days for contest builds. Weekends are not included.
- One to two full business days for any edits requested on graphics and or the contest page.
- All materials including rules graphics and copy must be submitted and APPROVED in order for the build countdown of two full days to begin.
- Before graphics can be requested the AE is required to have the Enter to Win message approved by the client.
- If a campaign is set to go live on Saturday Sunday or Monday all materials including rules graphics and copy must be submitted and APPROVED by Wednesday end of day.
- We will not accommodate same day graphics requests or contest builds unless the campaign value exceeds fifteen thousand dollars.
- * Please note it may take up to five to seven business days for our legal team to draft the rules.
- PROMOBUILDER FORM MUST BE FULLY COMPLETE AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN START DATE
