Below you’ll find the info and links to the 2025 Q2 Cash Contest digital forms. Get with your teams internally to confirm who will be your point person to fill out the requested info. Forms are only to be filled out once per station as needed.
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 21 COB.
HOURS CHANGE: This form is MANDATORY IF your station is changing from the default 9 times per day (9am - 5pm hourly). If you are not changing, there is no need to fill it out for your station. However, if you are changing times and you do not fill out this form, your site will not accept keywords at the correct times that are being announced on air.

LOCALIZATION: Only fill out if your station is diverting away from any aspect of the default contest (artwork/name) that is found on the Q4 Programming SharePoint Site. If you are adding a local sponsor to the default artwork, please use this ticket and select “default” for artwork theme.
